I guess alot of people don't know how to pray???
QUEEN CREEK, AZ -- During hard economic times some turn to God for help One Queen Creek man is doing that in an unusual way. "I was like that's crazy, nobody is going to come to a prayer stand," said Matthew Cordel As cars rush by San Tan Flat in the middle of the morning commute, you can hear Christian music by the side of the road, and even a prayer or two. "We have a home," said Cordell. He started this free prayer stand in August and since then it has been moved two times. Now it's found a permanant spot at Ellsworth Road and Hunt Highway. People stop by to make requests for him to pray for things such as the healing of ailments and the safety of children going to college for the first time. "They pull in, I go up to the window, we can pray and they pull out," Cordell said.
I have passed him on 2 separate occasions and at 2 different locations....does that make me a heathen?..self-absorbed?...anti-sympathetic, since I did not stop? you don't even have to get out of your car.
