How do you find a gold mine?

First you have to take this road then you get to this sign

 Then you keep going through the trees and through the bushes and through everything else that gets in Jeff's way....

This about sums it up...there is NOTHING for the next 6 miles....

Cochran

Cochran is on the Gila river, at on time it was the place on the Gila, railroad railroad station, general store and boarding house.  Coke ovens to the north.  Nothing is left of Cochran today.  Tina and I were hoping to find some little treasure of the past but no luck.
