Hi Ho, Hi, Ho, I owe? I woe?

It's is that season again, Taxes, isn't it great. I look forward to the day, year that our taxes are simple, That would be federal, state, not like it is now
federal, state, state, city, It is such fun when taxes have to be calculated, divided, percentage and split. It would drive a person to ???drink????devour chocolate??? hide from the world??? want to shred every paper in the house???. First of all when everything is added together how in the world do they get that you make ...amount of money, and you don't have anything to show for it, still have a mortgage, ALL those bills but you made....amount of money. There are more additions to your income than deductions. All I can say is any day is good when we don't have to pay taxes, who cares if you get anything back. They are done, except for the city, will work on that, but still have next year and we do it again. Happy April 15th.

Good times Ahead??

It is so hard to believe that "things are improving" that the economy is "picking up" when you see things like this daily...

 If you look real close there are 4 signs, about one every other house. This street  has about 12 houses, Maybe things are picking up because those making the comments have their jobs, their houses and money to spend. for those of us that are trying to keep our heads above water and not gurgle when the waves hit, we will shop the sales, bundle up to cut costs and plant our gardens to reduce our spending. When there are less people losing so much it is hard to believe what we are told. But there is always HOPE and PRAYERS. Hope for a better future and tomorrow and Prayers that we all can just hold on and trust that "This too shall Pass"

Sweet Tomatoes!!!!...

Well Sweet Tomatoes...Le and I decided to try this restaurant, and We have never eaten so much salad in our entire lives I think...It was so awesome, we had all kinds of salad and soup and dessert of course, but the really nice part was we sat on the patio, it made the day so much enjoyable...so much so we had to walk off the salad and soup because we were sooo stuffed.........go figure !  I kinda like that word I think it will be my new " suprise word" Well Sweet Tomatoes" did that really happen.

One, Two Three, Achey, Breaky me.

Got new shoes do you think they would work...nope, gained 5lbs EVENTHO it said to help you lose weight 4x better, so I guess at this point I should be grateful that I did not gain the 4x more weight. I really don't feel a differnce in the "walk" until I take the shoes off then I have Achey muscles in my calves....does shoe color make a difference?? I think I would look like the women on the box if I could of gotten the color I wanted, don't you think???

Cinderella, Cinderella...

When K was little that was her favorite saying...you would ask her to clean her room, pick up her clothes or ANY thing and you can hear her down the hall saying Cinderella, do this, Cinderella to that. That's kinda how I have been feeling lately...Dishes, mopping, sweeping and the ever present task of folding socks...

Wash me Please...

???What is it about a guy and a truck??? I have daily "droppings" of mud and gunk on our driveway, so much that we have almost build our own mountain to 4-wheel over. I mean my car is dirty, but this??? This is having fun in the mud..guess who the vehicle belongs to.....

It is also not Superman.......The last few weeks we have had company...hovering around the neighborhood has been this....it retires to the Phx-Mesa Gateway airport nightly, but he (it) has been causing some interest....this is from my backyard

The Road leads???

Well a little reflection time..just pondering the HUGE loop we made in life...It's like taking a Sunday Drive, you pick a direction and just go...sometimes you decide you will drive for 30 minutes, sometimes you decide that you have a destination in mind. But in that drive time you chat, you sight see, you discover...that is what life is..discovery. I do not know of one person who has a life travel that was planned to the "T". Did you think that you would live everywhere you have lived ? or met the people you met? or experienced what you have? 10 years ago?, 5 years ago, probably not even 2 months ago. Life is so awesome, challenging and sometimes confusing. Oh well "Happy Motoring"

Everything is coming up Roses?

Actually the flip side of the "guys" working nights is I am doing little things I have put off..like reading books, sorting material, weeding the yard (if I don't run the water). The flip side is I tend to wander the stores--and being I am a "sale fanatic" that is not good. but I know that about myself and I am working on it. Catching up on correspondence, sorting papers (don't run the shredder). So I guess you just need to look for the blessings of not doing "loud" activities...

okay I am not an Ambitious person, but ya gotta give me a break...I DO DO housework, but heck ! I am majorly confused--put out--my groove has been thrown off...

As most of you are aware at some point someone works graveyard and Quiet is an absolute must, but what is a person suppose to do when??? you need to vaccum, run the dishwasher, dust, put laundry away? AND

You have David one week on night shift and because him and Jeff work in the same department they have separate schedules that means the next week Jeff is on nights

There is a 1 hour window to get all the loud stuff done, I think I need help on how to get it all done in 1 hr???
Any advise will be great...I have tried the just don't do it but at somepoint the crunch carpet and the nothing to eat on or wear breaks me.
