Out of the mouth of babes...well sorta

How many of us have said something and then hear it repeated by our child? Usually it is something we do not want repeated, but sometimes, like in this case it is a constant complaint or comment...

Le's boyfriend made the statement that he LOVES lasagna and that she would have to make some for him....her response....."why so you can say it's not like your mom's?"...hmmm where have I heard that comment before?  Could it have to do with a Texas Sheet cake and me not making it for 15 years???

Rays of Sunshine !!!

Next to the house...where no one goes, much less fits into...Sunflowers have been planted...big ones, little ones, short ones and tall ones...there are red, yellow, orange and any color in between...anyone that knows Jeff knows that he can grow some monster sunflowers...but I love them they are such a positive flower and to have them "peeking" out to the cars coming in - is just so awesome.

It lives...it is alive !!!

The poor Tomato plant was a reject last year and we moved it outside, since then we have harvested 3 other batches of tomatoes...it still looks pretty pitiful....now as for the other, it is the usual story...ANY body want zucchini? We will have lots and lots, but where we are use to quite a few we are not use to the HUGE ones that are growing..How big do they get anyways?

You know you just blink and bam ...time has flown by...who would have thought that when we took her Pre-School picture sooo many years ago that it would be followed up with her Senior picture..We are so proud of her and especially with all the obstacles she has had to overcome...It is the beginning of a lifetime and of college...

I can not believe it has been soooo looong since I posted...it is not because there is nothing going on, it's just that there is too much going on....

We had multiple trips to the Verde Valley-3 to be exact and 2 were one weekend right after another

Mothers day, Birthdays, and now we have Graduation, Teacher appreciation, Sr trip, Sr finals, registering for school (CAC) testing for school and and and......now it is almost June and more "ands" and "ands"
